Back in 1999, were you marvelling at the eclipse while sipping the latest addition to the Brasserie Dupont family? Blanche du Hainaut is the perfect way to freshen up a beautiful summer evening.
It is brewed from a blend of wheat <\/strong>and barley malt<\/strong> that characterise a \u201cwhite\u201d beer. Its smoothness <\/strong>makes it particularly popular.

This light beer, with its shimmering colour, has a lovely flowery <\/strong>nose (freesia) with notes of spice<\/strong> and citrus <\/strong>(orange). There isn\u2019t much bitterness on the palate, and Blanche du Hainaut is slightly acidic<\/strong>, goes down very easily<\/strong> and is delightfully refreshing<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Drink it chilled as an aperitif or with a light meal. The winning combination: organic Blanche du Hainaut with fish in sauce.
