The cheese dairy was created in 1995. Our cheeses are produced from cow's milk from a local farm. Cheeses catalogue

The different stages of production are:

  • Thermisation and renneting of the milk
  • Cutting and moulding the curds
  • Brining and maturing of the cheese

      

 

Our product range includes:

  • 3 pressed cheese: Moinette Jeune (young), Moinette Malt & Houblon (malt and hop), and Moinette Vieux (old)
  • 1 soft rind-washed cheese: Carré à la Moinette
  • 1 cheese matured with Saison Dupont: Saison Dupont
