We are launching two new beers: Fomo and Saison Légère. Two organic, gluten-free beers with clearly distinct recipes, each designed for different drinking occasions. On the one hand, Fomo is a beer for savouring. On the other, Saison Légère is a lighter beer that still expresses the hallmark characteristics of the Saison range.
Fomo, a gluten-free beer for savouring
Fomo is for those who enjoy savouring a good beer but are looking for a gluten-free alternative. Our new launch is brewed to suit people with coeliac disease. It also answers growing demand from consumers who are mindful of their wellbeing and keen to limit their gluten intake, without giving up a beer with real character.

Its name refers to “Fear Of Missing Out”. A deliberate nod to a segment that is still under-represented in the world of speciality beers.
What’s it like in the glass?
Fomo has a dry, balanced profile, supported by a pleasant fruitiness. Distinct cereal notes come through clearly, alongside the typical Dupont characteristics linked to the brewery’s yeast and brewing methods. Its bitterness, derived from Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalter Select hops, reinforces both its freshness and its thirst-quenching character.
Brewed with 30% buckwheat, which is naturally gluten-free, Fomo is subject to rigorous control. The brewery is certified “Crossed Grains”. This licensed label is issued by the Association of European Coeliac Societies and certified by an independent third party, Kiwa. It confirms compliance with a controlled standard covering audits, contamination risk management, traceability and analysis.
Saison Légère, the Saison spirit in a lighter style
Alongside it comes Saison Légère, an organic, gluten-free blonde beer with a low alcohol content. Brewed with Brasserie Dupont’s iconic yeast, it expresses the authenticity and freshness of the Saison style, a style for which the brewery in Tourpes remains a recognised benchmark.

Saison Légère naturally joins the brewery’s Saison family, alongside Saison Dupont, Saison Bio and Saison Dry Hop. It stands out for its low alcohol content while retaining the range’s typical signature characteristics.
Two new launches in step with today’s expectations
With these two launches, we are responding to very real consumer expectations. Demand for gluten-free alternatives is growing, while the no/low trend continues to take hold in drinking habits, both in retail and in the hospitality sector. Fomo and Saison Légère each reflect that evolution in their own way, without ever moving away from what defines Dupont: beers with character, precision and sincerity, brewed for the pleasure of savouring.
