For 100 years, Brasserie Dupont has made it a point of honor to pass down its expertise from one generation to the next. The brewery remains committed to its environmental values and traditional techniques, which give its wide range of beers their distinctive character.
The yeast cultivation methods, heating over an open flame, fermentation in square, flat-bottomed vats, and the extended period each bottle spends in a warm room for refermentation all contribute to the remarkable flavors of Brasserie Dupont’s beers.
