For 100 years, the Brasserie Dupont have made it their mission to pass on their savoir-faire from one generation to the next. The Brasserie Dupont has been flying the flag for the environmental values and traditional techniques that give its wide range of beers their character.
The methods used to grow our yeast, heating over an open fire, the fermentation process in flat-bottom square tanks and the time that we leave each bottle in a warm room for the second fermentation produce the remarkable flavours in the beers made by the Brasserie Dupont.
