Storage of personal data
Except when a storage period is required or justified (i) by law or (ii) in accordance with another legal obligation, the Brasserie Dupont only keeps your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve and fulfil the purposes for which it was collected as described in the Policy, under “Use of personal data”.
The Brasserie Dupont will keep all the personal data it has collected in its hard copy files stored within the company, on its internal servers and computer software and on a cloud server located in Europe.

Protection of personal data
The Brasserie Dupont undertakes to take reasonable precautionary measures of a physical, technological and/or organisational nature to prevent (i) unauthorised access to your personal data, as well as (ii) the loss, misuse or modification of your personal data.
Notwithstanding the Brasserie Dupont’s security policy, the checks that it carries out and the actions it takes within this context, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. No method of transfer or transmission over the Internet, nor any method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, so the Brasserie Dupont cannot guarantee absolute security within this context.
Lastly, the security of your account will also depend on the confidentiality of your password for accessing the Platform.
