In 1992, we took on the challenge of creating an organic* seasonal beer with a low alcohol content. Challenge: offer a light beer, certainly, but which retains the very recognizable character of the beers from Brasserie Dupont!
To achieve this, we drew on our great speciality: refermentation in the bottle.
This method means that we can offer a beer that can be enjoyed on a daily basis, packed full of character.
In 2020, the Biolégère won the bronze medal in the Saison category at the internationally renowned Brussels Beer Challenge.

How to enjoy it
With its 3.5% alcohol content, this light blonde beer releases delightfully fresh notes of apple and citrus (lime). It has a malty aroma and a very thirst-quenching bitterness.
Such complexity is rare for a low-alcohol beer.
The Biolégère is the perfect accompaniment to light meals like a salads, tabbouleh or a sandwiches, and will give you the boost you need if you need a break when you’re mowing the lawn! Cheers!
